Embody sells compounded weekly injections and advertises a starting figure for each one. It states no billing term beside either figure and names no molecule on either card, so what this page shows you is what the company advertises rather than a price we could compare.
Verdict: Embody is worth a look only if you are willing to ask the questions its own pages leave open. It advertises a starting figure for each of two injections and states no billing term for either, so we cannot tell you what period either figure covers. Neither card names a molecule.
- Names its legal entity, Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc., so there is a company to look up if a charge goes wrong.
- Both figures carry the day we read them, and both use the company's own product wording rather than a label we inferred.
- Both products are published as compounded preparations rather than the branded drug, so on that one point you know what you would be buying.
- A large number of reviews sits behind its crowd rating. That rating reports what customers said about their orders, and it is not a finding of ours.

No cancellation fee. HSA/FSA accepted where the provider states it; insurance is not billed directly. None of these plans currently carries a dated price, so every figure reads "Not published" rather than an estimate.
Where it falls short
Embody advertises two figures and answers neither of the questions that would make them usable. It does not state what period a figure covers, so you have no way to know whether the number is a month, a quarter or a prepaid run. It does not name the molecule in either product, so the number does not say what it buys. Our own change log shows how easily that second gap gets papered over. In August 2026 we rewrote both of our plan labels, because the old ones named a molecule and admitted in the same line that Embody does not.
- States no billing term beside either figure. We cannot tell you what period either one covers, and neither figure can enter a comparison on this site.
- Neither product names a molecule, so the price does not tell you what you would be taking.
- We could not establish whether Embody charges a membership fee, so the advertised figure may not be everything you pay.
- We could not establish whether it files insurance claims on your behalf, and we hold nothing on how you cancel.

An advertised figure is not a price
A price has two halves. There is the number, and there is the period the number covers. Embody publishes the first half. Its own cards carry a starting figure for each of two weekly injection products, and nothing beside either figure says what you would be billed for or how often. We show the figure in its own block, with the day we read it, and we keep it out of every comparison on this site.
That is not a technicality. Several figures in this dataset looked like monthly rates and turned out to be commitment rates for six or twelve months sold under a monthly label. Until a company states the term, the honest thing to say is that we read this number on this day and we do not know what it buys.
Embody lists two weekly injection products on its own site, each advertised as a starting figure with no billing term stated, and neither product names its molecule.
Embody homepage 1 Oct 2026 Primary source (opens in a new tab)Our own labels were wrong first
In August 2026 we rewrote both of Embody's plan labels. The versions we published first named a molecule for each product and then conceded, in the same line, that the provider does not name one. That is a guess dressed as a record, and it is the kind of thing that gets repeated as a fact elsewhere. Our change log carries both the old wording and the new one, so you can check that we corrected ourselves rather than quietly tidied up.
What we could not establish
Three fields on our Embody record are empty, and an empty field means we did not confirm the fact rather than that the fact is absent. We could not establish whether Embody charges a membership fee, so we cannot tell you the advertised figure is everything you pay. We could not establish whether it files insurance claims on your behalf. We hold nothing on how you cancel. One thing we do assert about the product: both of Embody's listings are compounded preparations rather than the branded drug.
Questions readers ask
How much does Embody cost a month?
We cannot tell you, and neither can Embody's own pages. It advertises a starting figure for each of two products and states no billing term beside either, so nobody outside the company knows what period those figures cover.
What is in Embody's injections?
The company does not say. Both products are described on its own cards by their delivery and their class rather than by a molecule, and both are compounded preparations. We left the molecule blank on both rows rather than guess.
Does Embody charge a membership fee?
We could not establish it. Our record carries no entry either way, which means we did not confirm it and not that the answer is zero.
Why does this page not rank Embody against anyone?
Because the figures it publishes state no billing term. A number with no period behind it cannot be set beside a number that has one, so Embody stays out of our rankings, our annual totals and our scoring.
Does Embody take insurance?
We could not establish it. Our record carries no entry either way, which means we did not confirm it and not that the answer is no.
Where it prescribes
No state coverage on file for Embody.
