Found is a hybrid provider that files insurance claims on your behalf and publishes what each of its plans costs instead of making you ask. Read the billing term before you read the figure, because its two lowest-priced plans commit you to a full year and its two dearer ones do not.

Verdict: Choose Found if you want a provider that files insurance claims for you and publishes a plan schedule rather than one starting figure. Do not choose its lowest number without reading the term beside it. The two cheapest plans are twelve-month commitments priced per month. If you may want to stop after a month, only the monthly plans let you.

  • Publishes a schedule of four plans rather than a single starting figure, so you can see the whole ladder before you sign up.
  • Names its legal entity, Found Health, Inc., so there is a company behind the brand.
  • Our record has Found filing insurance claims on your behalf. That is a billing service, not a guarantee that your plan covers anything.
  • Offers a month-to-month route as well as a committed one, at both the insurance price and the cash price.

Where it falls short

Found's cheapest figures are not monthly prices. Two of its four plans bill twelve months at a time and still show a per-month number, which is the split this site exists to close: the figure that wins a comparison is also the one that holds you longest. We also could not establish a membership fee. Our own change log records one in August 2026 and withdraws it three days later, because we could not confirm it. That is why the membership row on this page reads Not established rather than zero.

  • The two lowest figures are twelve-month commitments shown as a monthly rate, so the cheapest plan is the one you can leave the latest.
  • We could not establish whether Found charges a membership fee, so the plan price may not be everything you pay.
  • Plans are priced by payment type rather than by dose, so we cannot tell you what a higher dose costs.
  • Both of the cheapest plans are labelled as starting prices, so the figure we verified is a floor rather than a quote.

My subscription cost repeatedly increased due to changes in medication which were made mandatory because Found stopped offering my specific brand and/or dosing. Practitioners are unresponsive and the app itself is unintuitive.

The cheapest figure is the longest commitment

Found's plan table has four rows and two billing terms. The two dearer plans bill monthly. The two cheaper ones bill twelve months at a time and still quote a per-month number, which is the shape that makes a committed term look like a monthly one in a comparison table.

This is not hidden, and we are not calling it a trick. Found states the term next to the price on its own pricing page. It matters because a sorted list reads the figure and not the term, so the plan that looks cheapest anywhere it is ranked is the plan you can leave the latest. We print the billing term with every figure for that reason.

Found lists two plans billed every twelve months and two plans billed monthly, at separate prices for members using insurance and members paying cash.

What the insurance line does and does not mean

Our record has Found filing insurance claims on your behalf, and two of its four plans are priced for members who use insurance. Filing a claim is a billing service. It is not a statement that your plan will cover anything, and the insurance-priced plans are published as starting figures, so what you pay depends on your own coverage rather than on the number we verified.

One thing we could not establish is whether Found charges a membership fee on top of a plan. Our change log records a fee in August 2026 and withdraws it three days later, because we could not confirm it from the company's own pages. The membership row on this page therefore reads Not established. That is a hole in our research, not a finding that the fee is zero.

Questions readers ask

Is Found's cheapest plan a monthly plan?

No. The two lowest-priced plans bill every twelve months and quote a per-month figure. Only the two dearer plans bill monthly, and the table above prints the term on every row.

Does Found take insurance?

Our record has Found filing claims on your behalf, and it prices two plans for members who use insurance. That is a billing service rather than a coverage guarantee, and the insurance prices are published as starting figures.

Does Found charge a membership fee?

We could not establish it. We recorded a fee in August 2026 and withdrew it three days later when we could not confirm it, so the membership row reads Not established rather than zero.

What does a higher dose cost at Found?

We cannot tell you. Found prices its plans by payment type and billing term rather than by dose, so there is no dose schedule to read a higher figure from.
