NewSelf sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, states on its own site that there is no dosage upcharge, and carries a membership fee we checked and recorded at zero. Its record also carries an FDA warning letter, so read that beside the pricing rather than after it.

Verdict: NewSelf is worth a look if you want a compounded plan the company says costs the same at every dose, and whose membership fee we checked and recorded at zero. Read the record first. FDA issued a warning letter to NewSelf Limited in February 2026 for false and misleading claims. A rating does not answer it.

  • Membership fee checked at zero, so the plan figure is what we found rather than a base charge with a fee on top.
  • Publishes a pricing schedule, which most of the providers we track do not.
  • Names its legal entity, NewSelf Limited LLC, so the brand is traceable to a registered company.
  • Both plans bill monthly rather than as a prepaid term, and its semaglutide listing covers a band of doses at a single figure.

No membership fee and no dosage upcharge. One price at every dose. HSA/FSA accepted where the provider states it; we have not established whether insurance is billed.

Where it falls short

NewSelf's pricing is the most legible thing about it, and it is also the thing we could only half check. The company says there is no dosage upcharge and one price at every dose. Its semaglutide listing supports that, because the row covers a band of doses at a single figure. Its tirzepatide listing names no band at all, so on that product the statement has nothing behind it. Separately, the record carries an FDA warning letter from February 2026, and a membership fee checked at zero does not change that.

  • FDA issued a warning letter to NewSelf Limited dba NewSelf in February 2026 for false and misleading claims and misbranding. Cited to the FDA's own record on this page.
  • The no-upcharge statement is the company's and not our finding, and its tirzepatide listing names no dose band, so on that product there is nothing to check it against.
  • We could not establish whether it files insurance claims on your behalf.
  • Both plans are compounded preparations rather than the branded drug.

What the price claim covers, and what it does not

NewSelf states on its own site that there is no membership fee and no dosage upcharge, and that one price covers every dose. We checked the fee ourselves and recorded a zero, so that half of the statement is our finding as well as theirs. The dose half is not. We have attributed it rather than verified it, and the table above shows how far it can be checked.

The semaglutide listing is the part that supports the claim. One row covers a band of doses at a single figure, which is the shape a flat price takes when a provider publishes one. The tirzepatide listing is the part that does not. It names a product and no dose band, so there is nothing on that row to hold the statement to. NewSelf publishes a pricing schedule, which most of the providers we track do not, and this is where that schedule stops.

NewSelf states on its site that its compounded plans carry no membership fee and no dosage upcharge, and that one price applies at every dose.

The record

NewSelf's pricing is legible and its record is not clean. Those are two separate findings about the same company, and the second one does not go away because the first one is good. FDA wrote to NewSelf Limited in February 2026. A warning letter is a regulator acting, not a court judgment and not a recall, and the wording below is the agency's rather than ours. The rating on this page measures a third thing again, which is what buyers said about their orders. Three measurements, and none of them settles the other two.

FDA issued a warning letter to NewSelf Limited dba NewSelf for false and misleading claims and misbranding in connection with telehealth marketing.

Questions readers ask

Does NewSelf charge the same at every dose?

NewSelf says so on its own site. Its semaglutide listing supports that, because one row covers a band of doses at a single figure. Its tirzepatide listing names no band, so on that product we have attributed the statement rather than verified it.

Does NewSelf charge a membership fee?

No. We checked it and recorded a zero, and the date we checked sits beside it on this page. The company says the same on its own pages.

Is NewSelf selling the branded drug?

No. Both of its plans are compounded preparations rather than the branded product. That is the only thing we assert about the drug itself.

Does NewSelf take insurance?

We could not establish it. Our record carries no entry either way, which means we did not confirm it and not that the answer is no.

Its rating is good and the pricing is clear. Why does the warning letter still lead the verdict?

Because the three are separate measurements. A rating is what buyers said, a price page is what the company publishes, and a warning letter is a regulator acting. We print all three and let none of them settle the others.

Where it prescribes

No state coverage on file for NewSelf. Nothing published
